The beach, which for obvious reasons is called Sunset is a ten minute walk across the paddy fields, or for those who prefer to take things easy, Martins Comfort Resort Goa provides transport twice a day to the beach.
When we were there the fishermen were pulling in their very large net, which is taken out by traditional Goan canoe, then hauled back in by what seemed to be the whole fishing community. It takes more than an hour to pull it back in although the catch is not always overwhelming.
