History: The Church of Corlim was founded between 1595 and 1610. The side chapel and the sanctuary were built in 1702. St. John Facundo was an Augustinian monk. The image of St. Lazarus in this church was originally in the St. Lazarus Hospital established in Corlim in 1530.

• Early Neo-Roman style
• Medium size, 4 bays x 3 storeys
• Peaked gable façade
• Sequence of Arch-Rectangle-Oculus-Niche
• Frontispiece of large triangular gable with oculus which has been closed
• Large single bell tower to right
• Porch with tiled roof added later
• Finials of ball type
