Nossa Senhora da Victoria Church
Founded: 1653Â Â Â Â Feast: 2nd Sunday of May
History: The Church of Revora was built in 1653. It was rebuilt twice, first in 1675 and the second time before 1712. The present church is a completely new one, built at a short distance from the first one. The foundation stone was laid in 1946 and the church was blessed on 31.12.1952. It has been entrusted to the Capuchin Friars from 1st January, 1982.

• Neo-Gothic style
• Large size, 5 bays x 3 storeys
• Façade has Gothic spires and pointed arches
• Consoles for cornices throughout façade
• Finials of ball-and-spear type
• Twin eight-sided bell towers with Gothic style tapering roofs
• Shade of corrugated sheets for doors
