History: The Chapel of Quelossim was founded in 1724 and rebuilt in 1901. It was filial to the church of Cortalim, from which it was delinked and erected into a parochial church by provision of 15.4.1944.

• Tall slit windows with grilles
• Bell housed at corner of façade
