you by our BGD Executive after your successful payment
transaction. Kindly carry the voucher along and produce
it at the reception of the resort / hotel at the time
of your check in.

inclusions for the payments that you desire to make
above are conveyed to you by our BGD Executive in
detail. The same would also be available on the Confirmation
Voucher for your reference.

All
Reservations will be confirmed subject to realization
of the Credit Card Payment amount in our bank account
as per the time limit given. |

Though
our website contains the latest and the updated tariff
and package rates the same can change from time to
time as decided by the resort or our company and the
same would not be binding.

Any
Extra charges like hotel services (laundry charges,
room service, etc.), extra adult charges, extra child
charges other than those mentioned in the Confirmation
Voucher are chargeable at the unit as per the actual
and are to be settled by the guests before their check
in / out.

In a
case, where you would have to cancel your reservation
due to some unavoidable circumstances, we request
you to inform us and keep your BGD Executive updated
about the same immediately. The cancellation terms
are: 15 days before check in date 100 % of the billed
amount as retention; between 15 - 20 days before the
check in date 50 % of the billed amount as retention
and between 20 – 30 days before the check in
date 25 % of the billed amount would be charged as
retention. For peak periods and special offers full
retention will be charged on the cancelled booking.
