History: Originally there was a chapel at Kurdi which was relocated to Vaddem. This chapel was affiliated to the Parish of Sanguem. Vaddem was separated from Sanguem and elevated to a parish church on 25th May 2000.

• Small size, single-storeyed
• Façade circular in plan
• Cross and statue mounted on frame on roof
• Canopy of sheet roof for entrance
