Nossa Senhora dos Milagres Church, Elevated: 30.3.1903 ,  Feast: 2nd Sunday of May

History: The original chapel was built in 1857 and repaired in 1902 in preparation for its becoming an independent parish on 30.3.1903. Formerly it was affiliated to Arambol parish. The church was rebuilt in 1973 and a new hall was added.

Architectural notes:

• Eclectic design with some Neo-Roman features
• Medium size, 3 bays x 3 storeys
• Pointed arches used, shortened Gothic spires as finials
• Raised bell tower to right
